Indian Railways: Train cancellations and new special trains

Indian Railways has announced a number of new special trains to cater to passengers across the country. Also, many trains have been cancelled due to fog and bad weather.

Train cancellations

1. Train no. 02226, Azamgarh–Delhi special train will be cancelled on 3, 6, 10, 13, 17, 20, 24 and February 27, 2021. Whereas, train no. 02225, Delhi-Azamgarh special train will remain canceled on 4, 7, 11, 14, 18, 21, 25 and February 28, 2021.

2. Due to dense fog and inclement weather, train no. 05933, New Tinsukia–Amritsar weekly special train will remain cancelled on 09, 16 and February 23, 2021. Train no. 05934 Amritsar–New Tinsukia weekly special train will remain cancelled on 05, 12, 19 and February 26, 2021.

New special trains

1. For the convenience of train passengers, Indian Railways has announced to run Asansol–Gorakhpur special train from February 5 till further notice whereas Udaipur–Kamakhya via Gorakhpur weekly special train will run from February 8 onwards.
