For Karnataka
Good news for travellers! Karnataka eases COVID-19 testing rules for passengers arriving from Goa, Kerala and Maharashtra.
In the fresh order, the Government of Karnataka has announced that people coming from the three mentioned destinations will no longer be required to produce negative RT-PCR test reports to enter the state. However, passengers would still need to present a two-dose/full dose vaccination certificate.
Here’s what Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru, tweeted:

For Manipur
Passengers arriving in Manipur no longer need to carry an RT-PCR negative test report, if they can show proof of complete vaccination (two doses) at the entry points of the state.
For unvaccinated/partially vaccinated travellers, a COVID-19 RT-PCR negative test report conducted within 72 hours before arrival in the state is compulsory.

For Meghalaya
No on-arrival testing for passengers if they are carrying a complete vaccination certificate (two doses). A negative RT-PCR report issued by an ICMR-accredited lab within 72 hours of arrival is mandatory for other travellers.
Children below 15 years of age do not have to produce RT-PCR reports or undergo testing at COVID screening centres unless they are symptomatic.

For Nagaland
The requirement for carrying a negative RT-PCR report for passengers over 12 years of age, including those who are fully vaccinated, has been withdrawn. The night curfew from 9 PM to 5 AM has also been lifted.
