ixigo Offers No-Questions-Asked Full Refund for Select Destinations Affected by COVID-19 Till 31st March

Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus in the world, ixigo is offering a full refund (including convenience fee) in case of rescheduling/cancellation of flights.

Here are the policy details:

The departure date ex-India should be on or prior to 31st March 2020. The policy is applicable, irrespective of when you booked the ticket.
A no-questions-asked, full refund shall apply on both one-way & return bookings

Once the refund is processed by our partner, any deficit will be refunded manually by our customer support team.

Destinations eligible for the waiver are:-

2. France
3. Germany
4. Hong Kong
5. Iran
6. Italy
7. Singapore
8. South Korea
9. Japan
10. Spain

Please note: Full refund will apply to all one way and return flights to the above-mentioned countries, irrespective of individual airline policies.
