Testing, RT-PCR Report, Vaccine Certificate: 4 Indian Destinations Update Entry Guidelines

Here are the details:
Assam
The stringent entry protocol of the state has a new relaxation: no testing on arrival for travellers who are coming to Assam with a certificate of full vaccination (signifying that they have taken both the doses).
This new exemption will be valid for both airports and railway stations in the state:

Bihar
Two major airports in Bihar have issued new entry rules. Travellers arriving from Maharashtra, Kerala and Punjab at the Patna Airport no longer require a negative RT-PCR report for entry.
As per the official order, this is due to the significant reduction in the COVID caseload:

On the other hand, as per a new update by SpiceJet Airlines, travellers arriving from Maharashtra, Kerala and Punjab at the Darbhanga Airport require a COVID negative report (issued within 72 hours before arrival).
Travellers arriving from other states may be subject to random testing at the airport:

Jammu & Kashmir
Vistara Airlines has issued a new update, informing that travellers arriving at the Srinagar Airport with a negative RT-PCR report will be exempted from testing on arrival. The sample collection for the negative RT-PCR report must have been done within 72 hours of arrival:
Karnataka
Karnataka has updated the entry rules for all travellers arriving from Maharashtra, stating that they are now required to bring either a negative RT-PCR report (not older than 72 hours) or a vaccine certificate of having received at least one dose.
A few categories of travellers are exempted from showing the negative RT-PCR report. Check them below:
